About the Role:

As a Construction Manager, you will oversee all construction activities within your assigned community. You will manage scheduling, subcontractor supervision, and quality control to ensure every home is built on time, within budget, and to Broadstreet’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to homeowners, inspectors, realtors, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee and coordinate construction activities, creating and maintaining weekly schedules using BuilderTrend software.
  • Ensure quality control by inspecting job sites and enforcing high workmanship standards.
  • Maintain accurate records, including scheduling, material orders, government inspections, permits, and invoices.
  • Act as the primary company representative for homeowners throughout the construction process and warranty period.
  • Manage material orders and deliveries to align with project timelines.
  • Enforce all federal and state safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Train and supervise assigned site supervisors to ensure efficient project execution.

 

  • Ensure job site cleanliness, organization, and compliance with waste disposal and material storage guidelines.
  • Monitor project progress through daily site inspections, addressing any schedule deviations.
  • Represent Broadstreet Homes professionally in all interactions with customers and trade partners.
  • Oversee site maintenance, erosion control, and waste management to keep communities in top condition.
  • Stay up to date on industry safety protocols and regulations.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities to expand your responsibilities over time.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and a sense of urgency in daily tasks
  • At least one year of experience in new home construction
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A four-year degree is preferred but not required

Additional Requirements:

  • Pre-employment drug testing and credit check required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
